Abstract
The healthcare system, like other areas of the national economy, is constantly changing, driven by the development of medical techniques and technologies, improvements in medical performance, and the refinement of treatment techniques and methods. The improvement of medical management is a consequence of the development of medical processes and culture, which ultimately contributes to the improvement of the quality of medical services and the effectiveness of treatments, which is ensured on an ongoing basis through financial resilience in the healthcare system.
